Location: Belfast Usedirect
Hours: 44 hours per week, every Sunday off
Salary: £30,000 per annum. OTE up to £45,000
Here at Belfast Usedirect, we are recruiting for a Business to join the sales team. This vacancy would be perfect for an experienced Sales/Business Executive looking to move into a management role or for a current Business Manager seeking to join a market-leading automotive retailer - Charles Hurst.
This team is dynamic and works at a fast pace, focusing on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Working alongside the GM and Sales Manager, you will support the Sales Team and gain experience to advance your automotive career.
* You will support the Sales Team in identifying appropriate vehicles, funding, and additional products based on customer needs.
* Process and manage all vehicle sales documentation, including invoices, payments, and finance contracts.
* Reconcile daily banking, credit card transactions, and finance receipts.
* Liaise with finance companies for credit application submissions and approvals.
* Manage vehicle sales processes on-site, aiming to meet and exceed sales and profit goals.
* Maintain compliance with financial regulations, including GDPR and FCA guidelines.
* Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end procedures.
* Support sales and accounting teams with administrative tasks.
* Handle customer queries related to financing and payments.
* Maintain accurate financial documentation filing systems.
We seek a dedicated and motivated individual ready to lead within a successful car sales department. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, enthusiastic, driven, and motivated to achieve excellent results. Previous experience in a similar role within the motor trade and knowledge of financial and insurance regulations are essential. A full UK driving license is required, as you may need to drive prestigious cars.
