Job Title: Classroom support worker Location: East Grinstead Start date: Flexible Pay: £90 per day Job Summary: At term time teachers, we're looking for a classroom support worker to join one of our amazing schools in East Grinstead. The successful candidate will work closely assisting teachers and other support staff to provide the best environment for SEN children. Key Responsibilities: Support individual students with additional needs. Provide one to one or small group support to support the class teacher. Adapt resources and activities to meet the needs of individual students. Encourage positive behaviour and support social integration within the school community. Attend relevant training and meetings related to SEN and professional development. Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience working with children with special educational needs preferred. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You must hold a DBS (or be willing to apply for one) You must have the right to work in the UK.
