Job Description
Due to expansion, our longstanding client in Kent (accessible from London) are seeking to recruit a qualified Residential Conveyancer.
You can be a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive.
This is an office-based role although after probation, they will consider a day from home a week for if work permits.
Experience to include:
* Managing a high volume caseload of both freehold and leasehold matters
* Sales and purchases
* Remortgages
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents
* Experience in new build transactions and shared ownership schemes is desirable
* Experience of using a case management system along with the Land Registry portal
Candidate Specification -
* Minimum of 3 years solid fee-earning experience
* Be a good team player
* Have good communication skills
* Have the ability to work calm under pressure
