Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the company's overall strategy in alignment with Board-approved goals and CNS drug development milestones.
2. Fundraising: Lead equity financing activities, manage investor relations, and position the company for future funding rounds and value inflection points.
3. External Partnerships: Drive strategic partnerships, licensing, and collaboration opportunities across different department and regions.
4. Operational Management: Build, lead, and scale a high-performing executive team; oversee R&D, regulatory, clinical, and manufacture readiness.
5. Board Engagement: Act as the primary interface with the Board, ensuring transparent communication, disciplined execution, and strong governance.
