Mortgage Operations Completions Officer - FleetSalary: £32,000 - £35,000 / yearThe completion process is the last step in the journey to become a customer. You will be responsible for ensuring all mortgage offer conditions are satisfied and financial threats through, security risk, financial crime or error are managed so that customers complete loans when they need to and that these comply with their offer of advance. Managing all title registrations after completion, liaising with legal teams on a daily basis to ensure all solicitors have complied.The Completion officer will liaise and provide guidance to Intermediaries, valuers and solicitors on lending policy and internal processes.Key Responsibilities Work closely with Solicitors, Underwriters and Intermediaries, collecting outstanding documents,answering queries and ensuring all legal documents and conditions from the mortgage offer are satisfied in a timely and professional mannerWork closely with Underwriters or case managers to ensure special conditions and legal enquiries have been satisfied prior to completion.Liaise with Solicitors, checking Certificate on Title is fully completed and ensuring funds have been requested in time for completion to take place.Responsible for all company charges to be registered within 21 days, liaising with legal teams if any issues arise.Responsible for ensuring that all titles have been registered with Land Registering, following up with solicitors when title registrations have not taken place. Processing completions for BTL loans.
