Key Responsibilities: Support the management of building maintenance schedules, contractor coordination, and service requests Maintain accurate records of facilities contracts, permits, and service agreements Track and manage asset registers, office supplies, and equipment servicing schedules Maintain up-to-date records of safety audits, risk assessments, incident reports, and corrective actions Track HSE training requirements, certifications, and ensure timely renewals Assist in preparing HSE documentation, compliance reports, and regulatory submissions Manage departmental correspondence, filing systems, and databases Assist in budget tracking, invoice processing, and procurement activities Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutesKey Skills and Experience: Prior experience in administration within facilities management, HSE, or a similar environment.
