Marketing Executive - UK leading childrens play and sport company!
Hybrid role (2/3 days based at home) - Head office based in Wokingham, Berkshire.
£30,000 - £35,000 plus excellent benefits
Monday - Friday role.
We are recruiting an energetic, confident and experienced Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. You’ll have the excitement of working across multi-brands whilst being welcomed into a huge time of growth for the business as part of a global organisation supporting over 90,000 families each day with world-class out of school care.
You’ll be joining a UK marketing team of four and an overall global team of fifteen that prides itself on being at the heart of the business, empowered by JAG’s vision and values. Regular global meetings and interactions will allow you to share global insight and best practices with our like-minded teams in NZ, Australia and Ireland.

As a Marketing Executive, you’ll become the driving force behind our dynamic cross-channel marketing campaigns! Collaborating closely with our global marketing team, you'll craft compelling strategies that captivate audiences and drive business growth. From print to digital, you'll oversee every aspect of our campaigns, ensuring they resonate with our target audience and deliver maximum impact.

* End-to-end campaign management: Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring they meet deadlines, budget, and ROI targets.
* Marketing Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to devise national and local B2C and B2B integrated marketing campaigns, tracking and reporting on campaign ROI.
* Team coordination: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, delegating tasks for seamless campaign execution.
* Stakeholder management: Communicate marketing plans and campaign performance to key stakeholders, partners, agencies and department leads, aligning objectives and building strong relationships.
* Creative campaign development & briefing: Develop innovative cross-channel campaigns, optimising performance by writing, editing, and proofreading promotional copy and liaising with agencies for creative briefing.
* Campaign activity coordination: Coordinate tasks with the marketing team, agencies, and assistants, including website updates and social media management.
* Budget management: Operate within the annual marketing budget, planning and executing campaigns to optimise spend for maximum ROI.
* Brand identity maintenance: Ensure adherence to the organisation’s brand identity and guidelines across all campaigns and communication channels.
* KPI and ROI reporting: Deliver regular reports on campaign results, utilising data to drive strategic campaign development and manage tactical day-to-day deliverables.
* Data capture and evaluation: Collect and utilise data to inform new targeted campaigns and evaluate existing ones.
* Database management and segmentation: Manage the database to create personalised, targeted campaigns, maximising ROI.
* Campaign event leadership: Take responsibility for organising company events, trade shows, or exhibitions as part of campaigns.
A little bit about you...
★ Minimum 2 years of marketing campaign management experience
★ Strong multi-channel marketing campaign skills
★ Experience in children’s activity, education, or fitness sector (beneficial)
★ Expertise in digital & print marketing strategy and delivery
★ Proven experience in managing external agencies
★ Experience in branding and lead generation activities, including SEO, PPC, SEM, EDMS, & print.
★ Proficiency with Monday.com, Adobe suite, Microsoft Office, Canva, Storyblok/CMS platforms, and Mailchimp (desirable)
★ You have a can-do approach. You think on your feet. Switching up tasks and juggling multiple priorities comes naturally to you.
