DP World is seeking a highly analytical, strategic, and commercially astute Pricing Manager to lead complex pricing opportunities and contribute to innovative pricing models. Your Responsibilities:
1. Oversee cost and pricing elements of quotations within strict deadlines
2. Prepare reports on financial impact, revenue, and commercial outcomes for senior leadership
3. Participate in regional pricing approval meetings, presenting pricing options and risk analysis
4. Lead large-scale, high-stakes pricing opportunities and contract renewals
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solution Engineering, Operations, and Corporate Services
6. Develop pricing tools to adapt to the fast-evolving logistics landscape
7. Validate and implement final pricing models that align with Statements of Work
8. Engage directly with prospects and support Sales in pricing negotiations
9. Ensure compliance with DP World profitability targets and contract standards
10. Document pricing assumptions, terms, and conditions in client-facing materials
11. Review and analyze contractual terms to support pricing integrity
12. Provide actionable feedback to senior management to meet margin and cost goals
13. Conduct quality checks and coach team members on pricing accuracy and modeling
Your Profile:
14. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering
15. Minimum 5 years of experience in 3PL, engineering, costing, or operations management
16. Strong grasp of logistics channels, RFQ and their cost dynamics
17. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint mastery required)
18. Advanced Excel skills and ability to quickly analyze pricing impacts under pressure
19. Strong project management experience; able to manage multiple complex projects
20. Excellent communication and presentation skills; customer-facing experience preferred
21. Ability to build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders
22. Willingness to travel on short notice (within 24 hours)
23. Flexible schedule to accommodate global deadlines and time zones
