This role is dedicated to the integration of City and St George's, most notably the implementation of our Professional Services Target Operating Model and will contribute to the wider development of portfolio management and project management office. Reporting to the Head of PMO, overseeing CSG's portfolio of change projects and programmes, the post holder will undertake a wide variety of tasks to support the integration of Professional Services. These include communicating with stakeholders, helping plan delivery of current and new projects, managing and coordinating the administrative aspects of City's change portfolio, tracking and reporting progress.
Where hybrid working can be accommodated, specific arrangements will be agreed with the successful candidate before their start date. Regardless of where colleagues are working, City, University of London's premises will be their primary and contractual place of work.
The role holder will have proven experience of supporting projects, including support to projects boards and committees, and be used to a 'front facing' or busy team environment. They will have a good understanding of project delivery. Experience will include working with project managers and sponsors, and demonstrable understanding of the pressures affecting the implementation of complex change projects. Excellent problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused outlook are required, combined with excellent interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills.
