Here at Cabot, Kings Hill (ME19 4UA) we're on the lookout for a Process Improvement Analyst join the Process Excellence team on a permanent basis The successful person will analyse the current performance of existing Cabot business processes, identify weaknesses, bottlenecks, resource dependencies etc. and deploy enhancements such as automation, simplification, controls, governance, and oversight. In turn with the expectation to reduce costs, improve efficiencies and/or commercial performance. This role also encompasses elements of Operational Resilience and Business Continuity Planning (BCP). The analyst may be asked to assist with data gathering and analysis, process mapping, coordination of BCP tests, tracking of BCP Event related actions, performing BCP reviews on external suppliers and other administrative duties. What you can expect as a Process Improvement Team Leader : • Shift patterns between the hours of 8am & 4.30pm Monday to Friday • Permanent 37.5 or 40 hour contract • Working from our dynamic Kings Hill office • Competitive salary & performance related bonus • Access to further qualifications • Discount and cash back on hundreds of high-street shops • Private health insurance • Access to free health, wellbeing and financial advice, plus much more Key responsibilities include: Day to day management of process improvement projects using project management methodologies Running workshops such as discovery sessions etc. to understand as is processes, and translate these into process maps and value stream maps Obtaining and analysing large data sets and effectively sharing findings with key stakeholders Propose effective and feasible solutions to mitigate risks, improve efficiency and business performance and work with business owners (including but not limited to Business Change) to deploy these successfully Presenting updates and findings to senior stakeholders and creation of informative presentation packs Maintain and manage allocated Supplier Risk Reviews, ensuring deadlines are met Assisting the BCP Incident Manager with BCP testing, analysis, meetings, and other administration Conduct Operational Resilience Case Studies to a high standard, maintaining understanding of the processes and regulations involved Identifying risk issues that impact the business and effectively escalate them Assisting with the completion of management information for monthly reporting Establish and maintain good working relationships with the business We are looking for someone with: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work to and meet tight deadlines as well as switch between multiple projects • Business Continuity and Operational Resilience understanding Experience of using Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt, SQL/SAS, MS Excel (intermediate or above), PowerPoint would be beneficial.
