Overview
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Hotel Manager to support the day‑to‑day operations of a busy boutique hotel. This hands‑on leadership role is ideal for someone with a strong rooms division background looking to step into a senior operational position.
Key Responsibilities
* Support overall hotel operations with a focus on rooms division
* Lead and manage large teams across front office and operations
* Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards
* Oversee front office performance, processes, and efficiency
* Support senior leadership with reporting and operational strategy
* Drive team performance, training, and development
* Ensure smooth day‑to‑day running of the hotel
About You
* 2+ years experience as an Operations Manager or Rooms Division Manager
* Background as a Reception or Front Office Manager
* Experience within 4-star or 5-star hotels
* Proven experience managing teams of 20+
* Strong knowledge of Opera Cloud
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office
