The Role
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining, repairing and improving machinery across the site. You will work as part of a skilled engineering team, ensuring equipment remains safe, reliable and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out planned, reactive and preventative maintenance
Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
Repairing and servicing site machinery and equipment
Mechanical Pump/Plastics Experience (ideal, but not essential)
Ensuring minimal downtime and supporting production output
Completing maintenance records and following site procedures
Supporting continuous improvement activities
Working safely and following all site H&S guidelines
About You
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Maintenance Engineer with:
Mechanical & Electrical engineering experience (multi-skilled)
Background working in a production or manufacturing environment (ideal)
Experience with pumps beneficial, but not essential
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work a rotating 3-shift pattern
Engineers with long-term mechanical & Electrical maintenance experience will also be considered.
