Working closely with the English department, you will play a key role in supporting students with varying abilities—both in-class and through small group or one-to-one interventions. You’ll help reinforce key literacy skills, develop students' confidence with written and spoken English, and support preparation for GCSE assessments. In addition to supporting general classroom learning, you may also work with pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) or Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
