We are seeking two outstanding Postdoctoral Researchers to join the Department of Psychology at the University of Liverpool. They will be joining Dr Nicola Powers UKRI Future Leaders Fellowship team on the project: Beyond Teamwork: The Psychology of Extreme Teams. Each PDRA will take primary responsibility in supporting one of two major Work Packages (WPs) while working collaboratively across the broader project. PDRA1 will support the internationalisation of emergency teamwork research (WP1), and PDRA2 will support the diversification of extreme teamwork research (WP2). Both PDRAs will be integral to delivering high-quality, theoretically informed, and practically relevant research outputs, working under the supervision of Dr Power. They will also contribute to dissemination, impact, and engagement activities, and will be supported to develop their own independent research trajectories and career pathways throughout the project with access to bespoke training and conference budgets. You should have a PhD in Psychology or other relevant discipline. Exceptional candidates awaiting confirmation of PhD award (e.g., submitted) can also be considered. If you are still awaiting your PhD to be awarded you will be appointed at Grade 6, spine point 30. Upon written confirmation that you have been awarded your PhD, your salary will be increased to Grade 7, spine point 31. Each post is available on a fixed term basis for 4 years.
