Part-Time Administrator
Hours: 25 hours per week (MonFri, around 9am2pm some flexibility available for the right candidate)
Start Date: 5th January 2026
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Location: Blandford
Our client, a well-respected family business, is seeking a part-time Administrator to join their friendly team permanently.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
Maintaining and updating customer records
Providing general customer service support
Recording and reporting monthly sales information
Using Sage Line 50 (desirable) or similar accounting software
Working with Microsoft Word for day-to-day administrative tasks
Requirements:
Previous administration experience
Experience with Sage Line 50 is desirable; experience with other accounting packages also acceptable
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Comfortable working in a small, family-run environment
Good communication skills
