We are seeking a dynamic and
forward-thinking General Manager to lead Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa.

Key
Responsibilities
As General Manager, you will
provide strategic leadership across all areas of the hotel. You will:
* Lead, inspire, and empower a high-performing management team and
wider workforce to deliver operational excellence.
* Drive sustained commercial and financial performance, consistently
meeting and exceeding business targets.
* Shape and deliver the hotel budget and sales strategy, identifying
innovative opportunities to maximise revenue and grow market share.
* Apply strong business acumen and deep knowledge of the commercial
and financial drivers of hotel success.
* Champion a culture of service excellence, ensuring outstanding
guest satisfaction, industry-leading customer scores, and a strong online
reputation.
* Anticipate opportunities and challenges, developing strategies to
maintain resilience and competitive advantage.
* Build on the hotel’s reputation within the community while
positioning Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa as a premier destination for
leisure, spa, events, and dining.

* Strong business acumen and a thorough understanding of the
financial and operational drivers of hotel performance.
* Experience in managing diverse operations such as Meetings &
Events, Leisure, and Spa.
* The ability to deliver against budgets and sales strategies while
identifying innovative opportunities to maximise revenue.
