Kerry Robert Associates is looking for a Marketing Assistant on behalf of a well-known and established hospitality venue near Leicester.
About the role:
* Work closely with the in-house sales team, and an external sales consultant in planning, executing and delivering engaging marketing campaigns, promotions and events.
* Collaborate with different departments in the creation of in-house promotions.
* Manage social media accounts and contribute towards the growth of the hotel’s online presence.
* Assist with digital content creation, promotional materials, and branding.
* Support the sales team and external consultants with marketing initiatives.
* Ensure consistent brand visibility throughout the property.
About you:
* A creative and commercially aware individual with an interest in marketing, advertising or sales.
* Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
* Keen to develop a long-term career in hospitality marketing.
* Comfortable using basic marketing/design software tools.
* Confident with different Social Media channels.
* Capable of working with different teams and departments.
* Hospitality industry experience and knowledge would be an advantage.
* This is a full time, on-site (no hybrid) position
