IT Support Technician Coventry We are supporting agrowing Coventry-based organisation seeking an IT Support Technician to join their expanding IT team. The Role Provide IT support to end users via phone, email, remote tools, and in person Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, application, and connectivity issues Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi Escalate complex issues and contribute to continuous IT improvements Requirements Experience in an IT support or Helpdesk environment Knowledge of Windows, macOS, networking basics, and Microsoft Office Experience resolving common hardware and basic software issues Key Attributes Clear communicator with technical and non-technical users Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset Team player, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks Motivated to learn and grow technically If youre looking to take the next step in your IT career with a welcoming and growing team in Coventry, wed love to hear from you!
