Key Responsibilities
* Carry out routine performance verification and preventative maintenance
* Install and commission new equipment
* Diagnose and rectify equipment breakdowns efficiently
* Promote audits, calibrations, and validation activities
* Meet KPIs and complete all administrative tasks on time
* Travel regularly to customer sites
* Manage and maintain stock effectively

* Customer-facing service experience: You’ll be confident working directly with customers, understanding their needs, resolving issues on-site, and communicating clearly and professionally.
* Technical expertise: Strong hands-on experience in electrical, electronic, and mechanical engineering. You’ll be comfortable diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and performing maintenance across a range of systems
