About the Role
As Duty Manager, you’ll be the face of the hotel during your shift—ensuring seamless operations, supporting all departments, and creating memorable moments for our guests. You’ll lead by example, resolve issues with confidence, and uphold the highest standards of service and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the senior manager on duty, overseeing daily hotel operations
2. Lead and support front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest service
3. Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
4. Ensure health & safety, security, and brand standards are maintained
5. Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth handovers and communication
6. Support training and development of team members

22. Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a luxury or lifestyle hotel
