You'll work closely with their Head of Performance Marketing to shape campaign plans, develop scalable frameworks, and lead execution across multiple markets. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in data-driven environments, communicates confidently, and is ready to step into a senior-level ownership role. Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across 20 international markets. Manage product campaigns across multiple categories. Collaborate on creative planning and asset development. Monitor performance KPIs and adjust campaigns to meet commercial goals. Lead A/B testing efforts across creatives, bidding strategies, and market launches. Stay on top of platform updates, emerging trends, and new tools and bring fresh ideas to the table. Work cross-functionally with channel experts and other teams to ensure alignment on objectives. Contribute to the growth and development of the paid media function, process improvements, tooling, and strategy.
