This is a key leadership role, offering the opportunity to take ownership of the HSE function, drive continuous improvement, and influence a positive safety culture across the site. Working Arrangement * Full-time, site-based role * Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30 * Friday: 07:30 - 12:30 * Flexibility required to support operational needs Assignment & Pay * Permanent position * Salary: £48,000 - £55,000 per annum (depending on experience) The Role Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of health, safety, and environmental compliance across the operation.
