About the Role
:
You will be responsible for the operational supervision of current and future contract activities for all electrical works, ensuring maximum productivity, profitability, and satisfaction, supervising and overseeing multi-trade and specialist work.
Ensuring works are adequately resourced, are being effectively delivered to set quality standards, completed on time and within budgets and essential and carrying out regular Quality Audits and Competence Assessments of operatives and specialist sub-contractors.
Demonstrate, maintain and monitor the company’s commitments to best practice with legislation, codes of practice & good working practices relevant to all work activities; ensuring that is contributes to the customer experience by adopting a professional manner when communicating with all stakeholders.

1. Proven track record in supervising Electrical works
2. 18th Edition
3. IET Wiring regulations - BS7671
4. Trade knowledge
5. Excellent communication
6. People management with the ability to lead & mentor others
7. Ability to negotiate and influence others
8. Strong customer focus
9. IT literate
10. Full UK driving license
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
