About The Role In this role, you’ll provide compassionate, person centred care that honours each patient’s wishes and supports families through some of their most vulnerable moments. You’ll advocate for patients, help families understand care decisions, respond to changing clinical needs and work closely with external stakeholders who help shape each person’s care journey. You’ll mentor and guide staff when needed, supervise students and delegate to ENs and AINs with confidence and respect. Every shift combines clinical skill with emotional intelligence, cultural respect and a commitment to safe, thoughtful care. About You You bring a soft, steady energy.
