Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced individual to join the South West London Procurement Partnership (SWLPP), based at St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, as a Governance Officer/PA within the PMO (Project Management Office) structure of the Commercial Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced governance professional to play a key role in supporting the senior management team to deliver projects and workstreams in line with agreed timelines and structures.

As Governance Officer/PA, you will work closely with a diverse range of staff, including Directors, Finance, Divisional Managers, and frontline staff, ensuring the successful delivery of schemes that directly impact end users and contribute to high standards of patient care.


Main duties of the job

Key Responsibilities:

* Support day-to-day governance management within the PMO framework.
* Provide oversight and coordination of business, project, and PMO activities.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the partnership to develop and implement transformation and integration initiatives.
* Support the implementation of key transformation and improvement priorities within and across services, networks, and pathways.
* Support the Director of Procurement in administrative tasks.
