Rate: Negotiable (Inside IR35)
Duration: 6 months initially and extendable (long term project)
Responsibilities
* 12+ years CRM experience with a minimum of 3 years in public sector or Energy & Utilities Services domain
* PSS (Salesforce Public Sector Cloud) implementation experience is mandatory.
* Experience working on PSS cloud and good GDS understanding is preferred.
* CRM/Salesforce solution experience is a plus.
* Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate systems.
* Detail-oriented with ability to quickly learn new concepts, models, and technologies.
* Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to collaborate in a team to solve business and technical problems.
* Act as a Trusted Digital Transformation Advisor for customers.
* Lead business process redesign, roadmap planning, and multi-cloud implementation touchpoints.
* Assess customer requirements, co-create future vision, and map to Salesforce solutions.
* Contribute to target architecture, phasing, roadmap, and transition architecture.
* Provide domain expertise and guidance on Salesforce 360 platform solutions.
* Assist clients in developing their CRM strategy and roadmap, leveraging Salesforce technology.
* Design and configure solutions based on complex business requirements.
* Work with technical teams to determine solution details and value.
* Review and guide design and infrastructure blueprints, identify potential issues.
* Stay updated with industry trends and Salesforce solutions.

* Use a consultative approach to understand requirements and develop technical sales strategies.
* Subject matter expertise in areas like business strategy, architecture, data, integration, security, cloud, mobile, and analytics.
* Help design product roadmaps aligned with business strategies using Salesforce technologies.
