Job Description
As an F&B Team Leader, your role is pivotal in orchestrating the seamless delivery of food and beverage services that meet and exceed customer expectations. Your leadership will inspire a team to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency, ensuring every customer enjoys an engaging drinking and/or dining experience that is flawless from start to finish. You’ll inspire and motivate your team to provide a first-class service that leaves customers wanting to return time and time again, driving our mission to be the most loved casinos in the UK.
Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality food and beverage service. Ensure service standards are met, customer experiences are consistently excellent, and operations run smoothly across shifts. Maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for both colleagues and guests. Manage workload effectively, respond to guest needs, and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
* Strong and inclusive leadership skills with demonstrable experience of building a high-performing team
* Experience of working in a Food & Beverage operation
* NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality or a relevant kitchen qualification would be an advantage but is not essential
