Team Leader Location: Ingoldmells Payrate: £15.75 per hour We are looking for a Team Leader who has excellent organisational skills and a strong understanding of autism. The role is to assist us with setting up and managing a team of staff to support an individual who likes to be active and creative. This person is autistic and wheelchair user and requires support from staff that value honesty and respect. Ideally this individual will have 2 years experience at Team leader level, or relevant managerial or life experience.They need to be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills to assist with day-to-day management of appointments etc. The team will need staff that work

them, and to be part of a team that values clear communication, mutual respect, and practical care.
