1. As Sales Manager you will be managing a team of 4 sales executives, they work well together, they know the business.
2. You will be analytical in your approach, someone who is comfortable with spreadsheets, you can pull data together for your reports and sales meetings.
3. You will have great business acumen and know how to win a customer over, here you will have your own accounts and still be very much front facing when it comes to sales.
4. This is a fast paced, high-energy department, you will need to manage that momentum and shield your team from distractions.
