Do you love bikes and enjoy leading a team? We're looking for a Workshop Leader in Leeds to combine hands-on repairs with leadership and customer service in a busy, friendly workshop.

What you'll do:
* Lead and support a small workshop team
* Carry out bike repairs, maintenance and e-bike diagnostics
* Deliver excellent customer service and advice
* Manage workflow, organisation and stock levels
* Support sustainability through repair, recycling and reuse
* Train and mentor colleagues
What we're looking for:
* Previous bike mechanic experience (leadership experience a plus)
* Strong technical skills - Cytech Level 2 or equivalent ideal
* Confident communicator who enjoys helping customers and coaching others
* Passion for cycling, sport or active lifestyles
* Problem-solver who thrives in a hands-on environment
* Positive, proactive and committed to sustainability
