Your new role
As the Head of Marketing, you will build the entire marketing function from the ground up. This is a highly hands‑on role where you will be responsible for designing the strategy, delivering the execution, and establishing the foundations for long‑term growth. You will shape the full marketing ecosystem — from brand development, content, digital, campaigns, and analytics. You will also collaborate closely with senior leadership, product, operations, and external partners to drive visibility and market impact.
With one Social Media &munications Executive already in place, you will provide guidance, leadership, and structure to support scalable growth as the team expands.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Building the marketing function from scratch, including processes, channels, reporting frameworks, and tooling
2. Creating and leading the end‑to‑end marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
3. Developing apelling brand narrative and value proposition for a B2B audience
4. Leading digital marketing, website development, content strategy, campaigns, and analytics
5. Delivering hands‑on execution across all marketing disciplines
6. Supportingmercial teams with go‑to‑market activities and partnership initiatives
7. Overseeing internal and externalmunications, ensuring consistent and high‑quality messaging
8. Managing agency relationships and preparing for future hiring as the function scales

What you'll need to succeed
9. Proven experience building a B2B marketing function from the ground up.

13. Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence influencing senior leadership.

16. Experience in energy, infrastructure, utilities, engineering, tels, or related sectors is beneficial but not essential.
