Full Time/Permanent Office based Location: Glasgow We are looking for a versatile and confident office administrative assistant to support our Glasgow Office. The successful candidate will have experience with working within a busy, dynamic environment. You must be capable of communicating at all levels, both internally and externally. Key Responsibilities Your main duties will be to assist with administration tasks within the office environment. You will provide essential support across various departments, including: Assisting our Customer Care Team with administrative requirements, handling calls and logging queries. Providing administrative assistance including data entry, filing within our Operations, Billing, Accounts, and Legal Teams. Handling general office administration tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements & Personal Attributes To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates: Previous experience in a similar administrative role. A competent level of computer literacy across multiple platforms and programmes. You must be able to draft clear emails and speak confidently on the phone. A high level of attention to detail in all tasks. The ability to work individually and as part of a team. A willingness to undertake training and grow within the role. Education & Qualifications Minimum: Nat5 English & Maths or equivalent.
