Boston Rose are working with an Essex-based college that is looking to appoint a Lecturer in Electrical Engineering. You’ll be delivering courses to a mix of full-time students and apprentices employed by national companies.
The role includes teaching across different programmes, from short courses through to apprenticeships, as well as contributing to the development of new courses that reflect industry trends and emerging technologies. You will also carry out assessments to make sure learners meet the professional standards of the sector.
Requirements
- Level 3 Electrical qualification
- A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one (with full support)
- Assessor’s Award (TAQA) or willingness to achieve
- Experience working with young people
