Office admin support role
Cole Mechanical Services are a service provider for loading bay equipment, operating nationally with a field team of engineers. Our client base is quite wide but does include a range of well known brands.
We have a vacancy for a new team member, ideally used to working in a small, but focused office, able to multi-task and to want to grow with the business. We are looking for a bright personality, with an eye for detail. We would anticipate that you have some office experience and would be able to demonstrate a competence in the role.
Principally you will be an important part of our invoicing and accounts input (purchase invoices and receipts) as well as contributing to the workflow within the business.
This is a part-time position with regular office hours, 3 to 4 days a week, 6 hours per day. Can be discussed.
