Hybrid Working, ! day per week to attend the Leeds office – travel may be required to our services.


What You’ll Get To Do

* ER Case Management: Advise managers, handle investigations, disciplinaries, and appeals, ensuring timely resolution.
* Policy & Compliance: Embed HR policies, provide advice on employment law, and maintain accurate records.
* Manager Coaching: Upskill managers in HR policy application.
* Absence & Flexible Working: Manage caseloads related to short‑term absence, probation, and flexible working.
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Collate and analyse people data, including absence rates and ER trends.
* HR Toolkits & Resources: Assist in drafting ER toolkits, manager guidance, and policy updates.
* Administration: Oversee Sage People administration and generate HR reports.


You’re Perfect For This Role If You Have

* Demonstrable experience: providing HR advice in a fast‑paced environment.
* Expert Communication: both written and verbal.
* Technology Confident: confident working with HR Systems and IT packages. Experience with SAGE HR is advantageous!
* Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
* Effective communication style to effectively collaborate with people at all levels.
* ER Expertise: knowledge of ER processes and policies.
* Strong knowledge of employment law.
* Ability to influence stakeholders up to senior leadership.
* Advantageous if you have a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management.
