Senior Solicitor/Associate – Commercial Property
As a Commercial Property Solicitor at Rothera Bray, you will manage a varied and stimulating caseload, advising a diverse portfolio of clients including developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and commercial occupiers. You will work on matters including:
* Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
* Commercial leases (granting, renewing, and terminating)
* Development site acquisition and disposal
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Secured lending and property finance
* Corporate support on commercial transactions
You will be supported by a collaborative and experienced team, with access to high-quality work and opportunities for continued professional development.
Skills, experience and attributes
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (2+ years PQE)
* Experience in handling a wide range of commercial property matters
* Strong technical and drafting skills
* Client-focused with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* A team player with a proactive and commercial mindset
