EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
You'll perform plumbing tasks and other duties, delivering top-notch customer service while meeting health and safety, financial, KPI, statutory, quality, and contractual requirements. This role allows for work from home and daily travel across your region, so a UK Driving Licence is essential.
Key responsibilities:
* Build and maintain client relationships within your area.
* Collaborate with the scheduling team and operations supervisor. Conduct monitoring and tasks as directed by your scheduler/line manager.
* Perform plumbing works as needed.
* Provide technical support to customers and colleagues.
* Schedule and manage multi-site visits.
* Conduct hazard/risk assessments on individual sites.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE
We are seeking someone with plumbing experience, whether from a small local plumbing company or a large organisation. Ideally, you will have:
* Strong knowledge of domestic, commercial, and industrial water systems.
* Level 2 or 3/Advanced Plumbing qualification (ideal for working on larger pipework).
