The Role
* General maintenance: basic plumbing, carpentry, and decorating.
* PPMs and reactive maintenance.

The Package
* Salary: £30,000
* Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
* Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays
* No travel!
