We are now recruiting a Registered Manager who can provide both strategic direction and visible operational leadership.You will take ownership of your service and be accountable for its quality, culture and compliance supported by an experienced infrastructure but trusted to lead with autonomy.
This is not a passive oversight role.It is a position for someone who understands the realities of running services day-to-day someone who can balance warmth with authority, empower teams while holding standards, and ensure that every decision made is right for the individual receiving support.
