Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days WFH following a successful probation period
Basic salary up to £34,000; On Target Earnings (OTE) £47,000
Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Case Manager to help our customers secure their financial needs. You will package loan applications, guide customers through the process, and deliver a best‑in‑class experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Review, evaluate, and package secured loan applications to ensure completeness and accuracy.
* Verify customer information including income, employment, credit history, and property details.
* Prepare and process loan documents such as agreements and disclosures.
* Conduct due‑diligence of applications and ensure all necessary documentation is obtained.
* Communicate with lenders and relevant parties to resolve discrepancies or issues that arise.
* Liaise directly with customers to explain and complete the application process in compliance with Aro Money’s procedures.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, keeping them fully informed throughout the process.
* Meet or exceed targets and KPIs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with administrators and advisors to support customers’ applications.
* Stay up‑to‑date with industry regulations and lender criteria to provide informed guidance.
* Contribute to ongoing improvements of the customer experience by suggesting new ideas and processes.

* Knowledge of secured loans (desirable but not essential).

* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple cases in a fast‑paced environment.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Hybrid Work Model
