Multi Trade Operative Due to continued success and growth, JEM Property Services Group Ltd are looking to recruit an experienced General Maintenance Operative to join our team in Portsmouth. Job Summary We are looking for a committed individual to join our team as a Multi Trade operative preferably with reactive / responsive maintenance experience. The successful applicant will be a team player who can also work on their own. Must be able to work to high standards, both in works delivered and customer/client relations. Have a can do attitude and be flexible. Possess excellent communication skills, report writing and experience of working from a PDA. Multi Trade Operative Responsibilities and Duties * Liaising with the scheduling team and Operations Manager. * Responding to emergency and planned call outs. Multi Trade Operative Qualifications and Key Skills * Plumbing - Fault finding and repairs on plumbing – toilets, taps, sinks, leaks and blockages.
