You will motivate and assist a dedicated team, deputising when necessary, to ensure that high standards are consistently met. Restaurant Supervisor Attributes/Experience: Previous experience at Supervisory level in fine dining, along with service with a smile. Good time management and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Have a genuine passion for food, wine and people. Have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with colleagues and guests making the Grand Hotel an experience to remember.
