A FE College in Stamford are seeking an enthusiastic, student-focused English Lecturer to deliver high-impact teaching across Entry Level to GCSE. This is your chance to help learners build confidence, improve literacy, and unlock life-changing opportunities.
✨ What You'll Do:
* Teach English from Entry Level to Level 2 GCSE and Functional Skills.
* Plan and deliver creative, inclusive lessons - including online learning.
* Use SMART targets to drive student progress and achievement.
* Deliver engaging feedback that inspires improvement.
* Contribute to course development, quality processes, and learner recruitment.
What We're Looking For:
* A teaching qualification (Level 5 or working towards - full training provided).
* Strong English subject knowledge (min. Level 3 or above).
* A track record (or potential) for motivating learners and improving outcomes.
* Confident with digital tools and blended learning delivery.
* Passionate about safeguarding, inclusion, and making a real impact.
