Key Responsibilities:
* Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, post, calls)
* Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
* Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
* Update and maintain company records and databases
* Provide support to other team members as needed
* Ensure the office is well-organized and runs efficiently
Requirements: Essential:
* Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Desirable:
* Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or financial admin
* Previous experience in a similar part-time role
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent (essential)
* Further education or administrative qualifications (desirable)
