* Provide guidance and support to the toddler room staff.
* Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities for toddlers.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment.
* Collaborate with other nursery staff to ensure smooth operations.
* Participate in annual training and professional development opportunities.
* Contribute to the overall planning and implementation of the nursery\'s curriculum.
* Assist in managing daily operations of the toddler room.
Requirements
We\'re looking for you, if:
* You hold a relevant early childhood education qualification.
* You possess proven experience working with toddlers (at least 2 years).
* You have excellent mentoring, coaching, and leadership skills.
* You are a hands-on individual with a passion for childcare.
* You demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
