Head of Repairs & Asset Manager

About the role
As Head of Repairs and Asset Management, you will:
* Oversee the effective delivery of all repairs, maintenance, and compliance services.
* Ensure all properties meet health, safety, legal, and regulatory standards.
* Lead strategic and operational planning for repairs and void management.
* Manage contractor relationships and ensure high standards of customer service.
* Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and performance reporting.
* Prepare for and implement changes in fire safety and regulatory frameworks.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in asset management and repairs within social housing.
* Strong knowledge of building regulations, health & safety, and compliance frameworks.
* A hands-on leader who thrives on collaboration and innovation.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
* Relevant qualifications in property, or health & safety (e.g., NEBOSH).
