This is an opportunity to contribute to our Health in Justice service line, expanding into non-Custodial healthcare. The role focuses on a person-centred approach and a solid infrastructure to assess individuals’ mental health and neurodiversity requirements and redirect them to the most appropriate channel.
Hours – Monday to Friday; core office hours
Salary – £48,500 to £53,750 depending on experience (full time)
Location – Remote role with travel across the Yorkshire region when required.

Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK due to the nature of the role; offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks.
Responsibilities
* Strategic Partnership Development: Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders including Police, Probation, Courts, NHS Trusts, Local Authorities, VCSE organisations, and service users.
* Service Integration: Facilitate integrated care pathways alongside Heads of Service, across health, social care, and justice systems to support individuals with mental health, learning disabilities, substance misuse, or other vulnerabilities.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the L&D service at regional forums, partnership boards, and strategic planning meetings. Act as a liaison between operational teams and external partners.

Qualifications and skills required
* Proven experience in partnership management or stakeholder engagement within health, social care, or criminal justice settings.
* Strong understanding of the Liaison and Diversion model and its role within the criminal justice system.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work across organisational boundaries and influence at senior levels.
* Understanding of the complexities of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working
* Proactive problem-solving skills
