Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organised individual to join our friendly team as an administrator. This is a key role supporting many different areas within Falmouth Hospital, including reception, outpatients, MIU, ward and day unit. This varied and rewarding role requires a confident and outgoing team player who enjoys working with clinicians, patients and the public.
Eligibility
This role is open only to current employees of Cornwall Foundation Trust, Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust, or Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Board.
Responsibilities
* Manage and prioritise day‑to‑day workload and use initiative for routine tasks.
* Act as the first point of contact for telephone and face‑to‑face enquiries by patients, relatives, carers, health and social care professionals, and the public.
* Direct patients, visitors and colleagues around the hospital to the correct department.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
