Job overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and dynamic nurse or therapist to join the Dorset Multiple Sclerosis Service on secondment as an MS Specialist Nurse/Practitioner to cover maternity leave. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated registered nurse or therapist with excellent communication skills and relevant experience to deliver high quality, specialist care to people with MS in the Dorset area. You will use your knowledge and skills to provide proactive management of people with MS from diagnosis onwards, offering specialist assessment, intervention, monitoring and support to patients and their families. You will work within the hospital and community settings, across Dorset. We are committed to continuous professional development and offer role specific and on-going training within the MS Service.
