Deputy General Manager
£75,000 + Bonus
I am working with a super diverse and multi-faceted venue who are passionate about delivering amazing experiences. I am on the hunt for an experienced Deputy General Manager, who can run a big team and a complex food and beverage operation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee the day to day delivery of food and beverage operations and guest experience
· Manage and develop the onsite teams
· Work collaboratively with all departments, focusing on streamlining the departments
· Drive innovative and positive improvement across catering, hospitality and events
· Work with all stakeholders across the venue
· Negotiate and manage third party suppliers and contractors
· Monitor and maintain the Health and Safety policy, process and culture
· Operate and further develop consistently high brand standards
The ideal candidate:
· Multi-site or multi-outlet F&B experience in a high volume environment
· Background in premium dining and service
· Established leader with the ability to motivate a team
· Genuine interest in customer service excellence
· Be innovative and across all current market trends
· Adaptable and able to work well under pressure
